100-Day Clothing Brand Building Course

Finding Our 14 Daily Customers

Before We Begin

Most people start a clothing brand without understanding product creation, sourcing, marketing, pricing, and brand building. This 100-day course is built to help you understand the path before you start working on it.

This course is created from the real experience of building and scaling Offnorth Fashions into a multi-crore clothing brand over the last 6+ years.

Let's discuss how we can practically make this number achievable. Which is 2 tees to 14 customers a day every single day.

We need to find those 14 customers.

What are the channels available for us to bring in these 14 customers?

Google Ads, Meta Ads, influencer marketing, marketplaces (like Amazon, Myntra), referrals, family friends, offline marketing, showrooms, email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, etc. Literally, we can list more than 14 platforms.

We need only 14 customers.

Do we need 14 platforms to acquire 14 customers a day?

Nope.

We can easily bring 14 customers a day from only 1 platform like Google Ads or Meta Ads if done with focus. We don't actually need the remaining 13 platforms.

But, it is not recommended to keep all the eggs in one basket, is it?

If that particular campaign or platform stops working for a week, our sales will be zero during that period. So, let's stick to 2 or 3.

We need only 2 or 3 channels to bring these 14 customers. Meaning, even if one platform is not working for a time being, we can bring in sales from others.

14 customers / 3 platforms = 5 customers / Platform.

3 platforms with 5 customers a day from each platform is easily achievable. When we add another 3 platforms, we can cross more than 2 crores a year.

Perfect!

But we will just stick to 1 crore a year first. We can focus on the remaining dozen platforms later.

So, now, it is far easier than yesterday to achieve this goal. Right?

Right.

Now, here's where most clothing brands go wrong. They know they need customers.

They know platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, influencers, marketplaces, and email marketing exist.

So they try all of them at once. The result?

They spread their time, money, and attention so thin that none of the channels works properly.

The question isn't "Which platform should I use?"

The real question is "Which platform should I ignore right now?"
