FAQ

Questions Brands Ask Before Manufacturing

Clear answers before you choose GSM, sampling, production, and bulk manufacturing.
Can you dye garments in any Pantone color?
Yes. You can share your Pantone code, and we will develop the fabric shade based on that color requirement. The final shade will be processed through custom dyeing, depending on fabric type, yarn, GSM, and production feasibility.
Do you offer only standard colors like black, blue, and green?
No. We are not limited to standard ready-made colors. You can choose any Pantone color for your apparel collection, and we will dye the fabric according to your brand requirement.
Can you match our brand color?
Yes. If your brand has a specific color identity, you can share the Pantone code or approved reference. Our team will develop the fabric shade to match your brand color as closely as possible.
Will the same Pantone color look the same on all fabrics?
Not exactly. The same Pantone shade can look slightly different on Supima cotton, organic cotton, bamboo, fleece, pique, or French terry because each yarn and fabric structure absorbs dye differently.
Can you maintain the same color in bulk production?
Yes. We follow controlled dyeing and production processes to maintain shade consistency in bulk production. However, final consistency depends on approved lab dips, dyeing batch, fabric lot, and production standards.
Do you provide shade approval before bulk production?
Yes. Before bulk production, the shade can be reviewed and approved through the sampling or lab dip process. This helps both sides confirm the color direction before moving into larger production.
