Our digital process is fully compliant with the Indian Information Technology Act, 2000. Every document signed via Zoho Sign carries a comprehensive Audit Trail, including timestamps, IP addresses, and digital certificates. This provides a higher level of security and tamper-evidence than traditional "wet-ink" signatures.

2. Digital e-Stamping

If your legal requirements necessitate stamp duty, we utilize digital e-Stamping. This carries the same legal weight as physical stamp paper, featuring a unique government-issued Identification Number (UIN) affixed directly to the digital document.
